Our Facility

In order to produce high quality structural and miscellaneous steel products one must have the proper facility to do so.

At AAA STEEL we have just that facility. Our 18,000 sq/ft fabrication facility is found on a fully secured 5 acre parcel of land conveniently located in Foothills Industrial Park.

Our facility gives AAA STEEL a competitive advantage due to our 1-5 ton, 2 x 5 ton, 3-7.5 ton and 1 - 10 ton cranes, large 24x20 shop doors and expanded crane way.

OUR SHOP IS WELL EQUIPPED WITH:

• CNC PCD1100 Drill & Beamline (44" Saw with + or - 60 degree angle cuts)

• CNC 623 Anglemaster (230 Tonne Shear, 2" X 73.5" Tonne Punches)

• CNC HSFDB2500 Platemaster (Plasma, Oxy-Fuel, 48HP High Speed Drill)

• Phirana Iron Worker

• 2 Hyd-Mech Saws S-20, V-18A

• Baileigh Pipe Coper

• 2 Threading Machines

• Numerous Welding Machines (MIG, TIG, STICK)

• 2 Stud Welders 3/4 Capacity
